An investment company, which is indirectly owned by BXR Group Limited. The company owns approximately 63.65 % of A shares of NWR.

BXR Group Limited (“BXRG”)

BXRG is a diversified investment group. Originally focused on Central European industrial assets, it now manages a global portfolio of investments across a variety of industry sectors. BXRG does not have a controlling shareholder and is indirectly owned by North American and EU investors, including Mr Zdenek Bakala (Vice-Chairman of NWR) and others.
