Gateroad development:

allows the coal seam to be accessed, and for material and people to travel to and from the coal face. Longwall panels are demarcated by a set of interconnected underground gateroads.

GDP:

Gross Domestic Product is the total value of all goods and services produced within a particular economy in a given period of time.

Gearing ratio:

gearing ratio is defined as net debt divided by EBITDA (calculated on a twelve-month rolling basis).

Greenfield sites:

undeveloped land in a city or rural area either used for agriculture, landscape design, or left to naturally evolve. These areas of land are usually agricultural or amenity properties being considered for urban development.
